Remote seeks a Payroll Vendor Relationship Manager to own collaboration with external payroll partners within its Global Payroll team. Reporting to the Manager, Global Payroll Vendor Operations, you will drive vendor research, onboarding, and performance evaluation across international markets.

The role emphasizes asynchronous collaboration, cross-functional coordination with Tax, Legal and FP&A, and a focus on cost control and data accuracy.

Qualificações

• Experience in regional/global payroll vendor operations.
• Experience in implementing payroll software in multiple countries.
• Experience in managing third party payroll vendor relationships.
• Excellent contract negotiation skill set.
• Deep understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent proficiency in using spreadsheets.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Vendor Scoping & Research: conduct global market research for payroll vendors and developments; map criteria (Disaster Recovery, Audit & Reconciliation, Data Security, Compliance, etc.).
• New Country Expansion: manage end-to-end onboarding, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and data migration.
• Payroll Vendor Relations & Performance Evaluation: ensure client satisfaction, optimize collaborations, meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Cost Tracking & Analysis: review invoices, track costs vs contracts, analyze headcounts and entity costs.
• Communication & Collaboration: work with Tax, FP&A, Legal, Security, Operations and Onboarding to deploy payroll solutions and training.
