Fundraise Up, Inc. is looking for a senior payroll and benefits lead to run global payroll for employees and contractors across markets, design and manage equity programs, and oversee cross-country benefits administration.

You will build calendars, controls, and processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while leveraging AI to improve reconciliation, reporting, and documentation. You will also own data integrity across HRIS systems (BambooHR, Justworks, Remote, Carta) and manage

Qualificações

• 7+ years across global payroll, total rewards, benefits, HRIS, or people operations.
• Experience managing direct-entity, EOR/PEO, and contractor populations across jurisdictions.
• Hands-on bonus/variable-compensation calculations with controls.
• Equity programs design or administration experience.
• HRIS data governance, workflows, integrations, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end global payroll delivery for employees and contractors.
• Calculate and validate variable compensation and bonuses; coordinate inputs and reconciliations.
• Build and run a global payroll calendar with clear cutoffs and timelines.
• Design and administer equity and long-term incentive programs; maintain cap table integrity.
• Oversee global benefits administration across markets; balance value, compliance, and cost.
• Monitor benefits usage and competitiveness; propose data-driven changes.
• Manage payroll/equity data integrity across BambooHR, Justworks, Remote, and Carta.
• Oversee EOR/PEO relationships from a payroll perspective; governance and SLAs.
• Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable fixes.
