Remote is seeking a Payroll Specialist Lead to join our Global Payroll Operations Team. You will own end-to-end payroll processing, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with Finance, Product, and Engineering across international operations.

The role requires knowledge of payroll best practices, strong Excel/Google Suite skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, async environment. English fluency is essential; AFAS experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing across international settings.
• Strong understanding of payroll best practices and compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Google Suite tools.
• Ability to work efficiently in an async, global environment.
• Fluent English communications; remote work experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a true subject matter expert for the country.
• Process full end-to-end payroll in-house, including statutory filings.
• Payroll journals and reconciliations.
• Focus on KPIs and SLAs; implement and improve processes.
• Mentor and support payroll specialists.
• Back up regional managers during times of absence.
