G-P is seeking an HR Specialist in the Employer of Record (EOR) space to partner with clients across Southern Europe, advising on complex HR matters and managing the full employee lifecycle. You will ensure compliance, in-country expertise, and smooth operations for global expansion projects.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Fluent French and English.
• Deep expertise of labour laws across Southern Europe with focus in France.
• Experience supporting complex employee relations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and collaboration tools like Zoom & Slack.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience.
• Manage sensitive employee relations cases, attend calls or meetings, and draft legally sound documentation.
• Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
• Be the first point of contact for client queries on benefits, compliance, and workforce planning.
• Stay ahead of labour laws and cultural nuances in Southern Europe to provide actionable guidance.
• Review and advise on employment contracts and risk mitigation.
• Guide clients through Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and salary changes.
• Act as SPOC for immigration/mobility needs in collaboration with Global Mobility.
• Identify delegable tasks, document processes, and ensure smooth handover.
• Drive automation and AI adoption to streamline HR processes.
• Lead compliance governance projects across South Europe markets.
• Lead efforts to standardize and improve HR practices globally.
