FedEx is seeking a Senior Customer Financial Representative to manage the full O2C cycle, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely collections while maintaining healthy account aging. You will engage with stakeholders and customers weekly, addressing inquiries and driving process improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in international environments, strong Excel skills (including macros/VBA), and a deep understanding of billing, collections, and cash application.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in international fast-paced environments.
• Fluent English (mandatory) with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and drive insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Solid understanding of Order to Cash processes including billing, collections, dispute management, and cash application.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full O2C cycle including dispute analysis, account analysis, collections, and reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoice generation in line with customer agreements and contractual terms.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure prompt payment and healthy aging balances.
• Weekly meetings with stakeholders and customers to follow up on issues.
• Act as primary contact for financial-related customer inquiries.
• Build strong relationships with key customers to support long-term partnerships.
• Provide high level of service while balancing risk and company policies.
• Identify root causes and drive process improvements.
