FedEx Group in Porto is seeking a Senior Customer Financial Representative to own the O2C cycle, analyze disputes, and manage collections. You will ensure timely invoicing, monitor aging balances, and maintain strong relationships with key customers while upholding company policies.

The role requires 5+ years in a fast-paced, international environment, fluent English, and advanced Excel skills to transform data into actionable financial decisions.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in an international fast-paced environment with order-to-cash experience
• Fluent English (mandatory) with strong written and verbal communication
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and drive insights
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling
• Experience with Excel macros, VBA, and automation tools is a plus
• Solid understanding of billing, collections, dispute management, and cash application
• Ability to manage large data sets and translate them into financial actions
• Detail-oriented with a proactive process-improvement mindset
• Experience in high-volume, multi-priority environments

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full O2C cycle including dispute analysis, account analysis, collections, and account reconciliation
• Ensure accurate and timely invoice generation in line with customer agreements and contractual terms
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure prompt payment and healthy aging balances
• Weekly meetings with stakeholders and customers to follow up on issues
• Act as a primary point of contact for financial-related inquiries
• Build strong relationships with key customers to support long-term partnerships
• Provide high service levels while balancing risk and company policies
• Identify root causes and drive process improvements
