Job summary

Hexa People is seeking a senior O2C professional to execute Order to Cash processes across the SBS scope. You will ensure accurate daily execution, drive process quality, and support department success with independence.

The role requires a university degree in accounting/finance, fluency in Dutch and English, and advanced Excel with SAP/Ivanti knowledge. You will contribute to audits, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• University degree and/or solid background in accounting and finance.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in Dutch and English.
• Advanced Excel; strong SAP and Ivanti knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing, cash application, payment allocation, and collections cycles.
• Perform GL and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Handle debt collection and risk analysis; support audits.
• Participate in SAP UAT and track team SLAs/KPIs.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and drive process improvements.
