Qualificações

• 12+ years of experience in telecom operations, NOC, or network engineering.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of Core/Voice networks across multiple domains.
• Proven leadership, coordination, and incident management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership within the NOC to ensure network availability, performance, and operational excellence.
• Lead major incident management, troubleshooting, and service restoration across multiple technology domains.
• Act as a senior escalation point for operational teams, driving technical decision-making and guidance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient issue resolution and service continuity.
• Contribute to process improvement, operational governance, and NOC performance management.
• Mentor and support engineers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
• Depending on profile, act as either a Core CS / Voice Core technical lead or a transversal NOC lead with end-to-end network oversight.
