• Lead major incident management, troubleshooting, and service restoration across multiple technology domains.
• Act as a senior escalation point for operational teams, driving technical decision-making and guidance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient issue resolution and service continuity.
• Contribute to process improvement, operational governance, and NOC performance management.
• Mentor and support engineers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
• Depending on profile, act as either a Core CS / Voice Core technical lead or a transversal NOC lead with end-to-end network oversight.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior NOC Core CS Engineer / Technical Lead to provide high-level technical leadership within a multi-domain Network Operations Centre. This role is ideal for a senior engineer with deep Core/Voice expertise or a transversal NOC leader capable of overseeing end-to-end network operations.

You will act as a key technical reference point, ensuring network stability, driving incident resolution, and guiding operational teams across complex technology domains. This is a strategic and hands‑on role, contributing directly to service continuity, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership within the NOC, ensuring network and service availability, performance, and operational excellence.
• Lead major incident management, troubleshooting, and service restoration across multiple technology domains.
• Act as a senior escalation point for operational teams, driving technical decision‑making and guidance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient issue resolution and service continuity.

Your Profile

• 12+ years of experience in telecom operations, NOC, network engineering, or service assurance.
• Strong end‑to‑end understanding of telecom networks: Core, IP, Transport, Access, Roaming, Voice, and Data services.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, team coordination, or operational management.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Knowledge of Voice Core / CS Core technologies is highly valued.
• Experience working with telecom operators, vendors, and multi‑domain technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Professional proficiency in English (B2) and working knowledge of Spanish (B1).
• Portuguese language skills are an advantage.
