Capgemini Engineering is seeking a NOC Lead to provide technical leadership and ensure network and service availability across multiple domains. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and incident response to restore services efficiently.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Telecommunications or related fields and hands-on experience in Mobile Core networks, signaling, and core network platforms. This role offers hybrid work and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualificações

• Experience in Mobile Core Network engineering, support or operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead incidents and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience with core network components and signaling protocols.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English in a technical environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership within the NOC, ensuring network and service availability.
• Lead major incident management, troubleshooting, and service restoration activities.
• Act as a senior point of reference for operational teams, guiding decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Contribute to process improvement, governance, and performance management.
• Mentor and support engineers to foster technical growth.
• Depending on profile, act as Core CS/Voice Core lead or transversal NOC lead.
