Job summary

stow Group in Ovar, Portugal, is seeking an L2 Modern Workplace Engineer to ensure a stable, secure modern workplace by resolving end-user issues beyond Level 1. You will troubleshoot across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Microsoft 365, support Intune and Entra ID, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Join an international, process-driven team with occasional travel up to 10% and a focus on security, policy enforcement, and documentation to enable first-time fixes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant enterprise experience.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own L2 troubleshooting for modern workplace incidents and requests.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Support Intune enrolment, compliance, and Entra ID basics.
• Escalate to L3 for complex issues or policy changes and document findings.
• Create knowledge articles and runbooks; follow change processes.
