Job summary

Claranet Portugal is seeking a Workplace Services Senior Engineer to join our internal team in Lisbon or Porto. You will design and deliver Microsoft Modern Workplace projects for enterprise customers, leading technical delivery and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include architecture design (HLD/LLD), implementing Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, and 365 tenant migrations, plus ensuring zero trust security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Workplace projects.
Experience leading technical implementations for enterprise customers.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience in project-based environments.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Design and implement Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
Lead technical delivery of customer projects.
Perform workshops and discovery sessions.
Develop High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD).
Deploy Microsoft 365 tenant deployments and migrations.
Configure and manage security and identity policies.
Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to customers and internal teams.
