Aubay Portugal is seeking a Customer Support professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience. Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with ITIL practices are essential. The role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for 2-3 days onsite in Lisbon and communication in English, Portuguese, and French is preferred.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Customer Support;
• Knowledge of SQL considered a nice-to-have for data querying, reporting, and basic database interaction tasks;
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management in structured IT service environments;
• Experience with AS400 (IBM iSeries) systems or similar legacy enterprise platforms for business-critical operations;
• English, Portuguese and French (B2 or higher);
• Availability for a hybrid work model in Lisbon (2-3 days a week on-site).
