A leading IT service provider in Lisbon is looking for a qualified Application Support professional with at least 3 years of experience. Strong knowledge of SQL and ITIL processes is required. Responsibilities include utilizing ticketing systems and the ability to communicate fluently in English. The position offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to work on-site 2-3 days a week, along with benefits such as training opportunities, mental health support, and team building activities.
