Aubay Portugal seeks an experienced IT production support specialist to ensure the smooth running of business applications in a hybrid work setting in Lisbon. You will monitor, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate releases within the scope of assigned applications.

You will work with Windows and Linux environments, leverage Oracle SQL and scripting for automation, and maintain technical documentation while delivering proactive service improvements.

Qualificações

• 11+ years experience in IT service operations or production support.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, scripting languages and automation.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments, networking and infrastructure.

What will you do?

• Ensure the smooth running of business applications by providing comprehensive technical and functional production support.
• Monitor and supervise technical and functional application components, guaranteeing the correct execution of business processes, batch jobs, and data transfers.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents efficiently, aiming to restore services as quickly as possible.
• Proactively identify potential issues through data analysis, monitoring, and automation, implementing preventive measures to enhance service quality.
• Coordinate and manage application releases, deployments, and changes within the assigned scope.
• Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, knowledge repositories, and operational procedures to ensure ongoing support effectiveness.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, scripting languages and automation;
