Job summary

Pleo is hiring a Senior Integrated Campaign Manager, Brand & GTM to shape and execute our 2027 brand marketing strategy across six European markets. You’ll translate strategy into operational GTM blueprints and lead cross-functional squads to deliver high-visibility, full-funnel campaigns in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

You’ll collaborate with Brand Marketing, Digital, Field/Events, Content, PR, PMM, Ops, Data, and Sales to drive market salience, demand, and measurable business impact

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-million dollar, multi-country, full-funnel campaigns in high-growth B2B SaaS/tech.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into GTM blueprints across channels and markets.
• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams (Creative, Digital, PR, Ops, Sales).
• Expertise in designing modular campaigns with local adaptation for European markets.
• Experience tracking brand-to-pipeline performance metrics, ROI and lift.

Responsibilities

• Architect the 2027 integrated brand campaign calendar across target European markets.
• Own the Master Brief and lead cross-functional squads for multi-channel execution.
• Localize and adapt master frameworks for regional relevance and precision.
• Partner with Brand Marketing Lead and Sales to enable customer-facing teams and momentum.
• Oversee budget, cadence, and ROI measurement across campaigns.
