Jobgether and its partner seek a Senior Performance Marketing Manager based in Portugal to lead paid social campaigns for 100+ German B2C brands. You’ll steer creative development, audience research, and full-funnel optimization, reporting to the founders.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and scalable processes. Collaborate with leadership to shape campaign strategies, boost performance, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Strong full-funnel performance marketing expertise across audience research, creative angles, copywriting and media buying.
• Proven track record in performance marketing within agency or consumer brands.
• Experience managing seven-figure advertising budgets.
• Ability to translate data and KPIs into actionable improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the creative process and scale paid social campaigns for leading brands (DACH).
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, and content for paid and organic channels.
• Manage full-funnel performance, from audience research to media buying.
• Collaborate with founders to align marketing with business goals.
• Analyze KPIs and optimize advertising performance.
• Continuously test and refine creative assets and messaging.
• Contribute to development of performance marketing processes and best practices.
