Uniek is an AI-first startup seeking a commercially minded generalist to drive growth with villa owners across Portugal and Spain. You will run outreach campaigns, test channels, and help activate a community of property owners and service providers.

You’ll work closely with founders, own top-funnel activities, and contribute to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment in Lisbon. If you’re early-career, energetic, and eager to learn, this is a hands-on role with immediate impact.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of startup experience or recent graduate.
• Curiosity with AI tools and willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to write clear outreach emails and messages.

Responsabilidades

• Launch outreach campaigns to villa owners in active regions.
• Monitor campaign performance and follow up to keep leads warm.
• Convert owner leads into booked sales meetings, including cold calls.
• Create marketing content to attract property owners.
• Test value propositions across channels and build referral flows.
• Maintain a clean CRM reflecting real pipeline.
