Job summary

Bounce is hiring a Growth-focused Product Manager in Lisbon to identify where users come from, build and scale new channels, and drive acquisition and conversion outcomes. You will work hands-on with AI tools, own full-funnel metrics, and report to the Product and Growth leaders while collaborating across teams.

You’ll shape experiments, pull data, and prioritise initiatives to lift bookings and GMV through data-informed product decisions.

Qualifications

• You’re AI-native and ship with Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
• You run analysis with LLMs and own full-funnel metrics.
• You’ve worked as a Product Manager in growth-focused roles.
• You’re autonomous and collaborate deeply across functions.

Responsibilities

• Identify the sources of our next users and build scalable channels.
• Collaborate with paid, SEO, organic, and CRM teams.
• Leverage AI heavily in daily work and run experiments.
• Pull data, analyze results with AI tools, and guide product direction.
• Report into the Product leader and work with Growth leadership.
