TejoMed is building a direct primary care model in Portugal and seeks an entrepreneurial, full-stack marketing lead. You will own the growth engine, sharpen our message, and turn interest into active members through copy, pages, and campaigns.

You will master AI workflows to deliver output at agency scale, work hands-on, and align with the local Lisbon/Portugal context while communicating in clear English.

Qualifications

• Exceptional English copywriter with clear, punchy, human-focused messaging.
• Scrappy, end-to-end marketer who writes angles, builds pages and tests ideas.
• AI-fluent and capable of integrating modern AI tools into daily workflow.
• Culturally tuned-in with Lisbon/Portugal context

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing function end-to-end with no bottlenecks.
• Ship copy, landing pages and campaigns that drive member sign-ups.
• Develop and optimize nurture flows and experiment with angles.
• Coordinate with freelance designers and localization specialists as needed.
