Job summary

Process Street in Porto, Portugal is seeking a demand generation marketer to own the end-to-end content-driven campaigns that build awareness and convert interest into qualified pipeline. You will manage the content calendar, coordinate with partners, and optimize multi-channel campaigns with AI-enabled tools.

You will also collaborate with creators and communities, test new channels, and relentlessly measure results to improve performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Run stunts that earn attention and shareable campaigns.
• Build launch moments by timing creative, paid push, and distribution.
• Build creative partnerships with creators, communities and brands.
• Invent channels online and offline to reach new audiences.
• Own the content calendar and ensure high-volume output across search, video, social, and communities.
• Direct the automated production layer: brief agents, review output, extend formats and channels.
• Own discovery in both traditional search and AI-assisted discovery, engaging community channels.
• Maintain brand voice and call out the final approval for all outputs.
