Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. in Portugal is seeking a Senior Manager for Google Acquisition to own the end-to-end performance channel, from architecture to governance. You will design the strategy across UAC, App Campaigns, Performance Max, and Search for personal and business banking products.

You will build robust measurement stacks (Firebase, GA4, GTM) and lead bid optimization, CAC/LTV economics, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and data teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on paid acquisition experience in Google UAC / App Campaigns.
• Deep technical knowledge of campaign infrastructure and Smart Bidding.
• Experience architecting measurement stacks: Firebase, GA4, GTM, Conversion APIs.
• Experience in fintech/financial services context.
• Experience managing budgets > 10M USD annually.
• Experience in Sub-Saharan Africa or emerging markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and own Google channel strategy across UAC, App Campaigns, Performance Max, and Search.
• Build campaign structures for dual-product funnel across signals, audiences, and bidding logic.
• Set bidding and budget frameworks with diversified signals.
• Own end-to-end campaign performance from brief to reporting.
• Lead measurement infrastructure and data integration.
• Architect full measurement stack and conversion APIs.
• Establish governance, cadence, and senior stakeholder reporting.
• Align with engineering and data teams on data quality.
