Job summary

Moniepoint is hiring a Senior Manager for Google Acquisition to own the end-to-end Google performance channel for our personal and business banking products. You will architect the channel, set bidding and budget frameworks, and govern growth with a systems-based approach.

You will lead measurement infrastructure (Firebase/GA4/GTM), define attribution, and collaborate with data science to enrich signals. Remote in Portugal, strong fintech experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on paid acquisition experience, with Google UAC/App Campaigns at scalable level.
• Deep technical knowledge of campaign infrastructure and Smart Bidding.
• Experience architecting measurement stacks (Firebase/GA4/GTM) and server-side events.
• Fluency in LTV/CAC modelling to drive budgeting and bidding decisions.
• Fintech or financial services acquisition experience and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the full Google channel strategy across UAC, App Campaigns, Performance Max and Search for personal and business banking.
• Build campaign structures optimized for a dual-product funnel with clear signals and bidding logic.
• Set bidding strategies, budgets, and testing cycles to reduce dependence on a single signal.
• Own end-to-end measurement: Firebase/GA4 taxonomy, GTM config, and server-side event pipelines.
• Define attribution models and evaluate last-click vs data-driven approaches with clear rationale.
• Collaborate with engineering/data teams to ensure accurate, timely signals and high signal quality.
• Develop LTV/CAC models and payback scenarios; monitor CAC against LTV thresholds and adjust strategy.
• Establish governance with regular reviews and clear ownership; translate results for senior stakeholders.
