Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to helm the Google Acquisition function for personal and business banking products.

You will design and own the full channel strategy, measurement stack, and economic model, collaborating with data science to enrich signals and drive scalable growth across emerging markets, including Nigeria and Sub-Saharan contexts. Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on paid acquisition with Google UAC at scale.
Technical knowledge of Google's campaign infrastructure and Smart Bidding.
Proven ability to own measurement stacks: Firebase, GA4, GTM, and APIs.
Fluency in LTV/CAC modelling to guide budgeting and bidding decisions.
Experience in fintech/financial services with compliance and trust context.

Responsibilities

Architect and own the end-to-end Google channel strategy across UAC, App Campaigns, Performance Max and Search.
Build scalable campaign structures, separating signals, audiences and bidding logic.
Set budgets, bidding rules, and testing cycles to diversify signals.
Own performance reporting from briefing to launch to optimization.
Lead tracking, attribution, and technical infrastructure improvements.
