TripleTen is an EdTech company designing tech career learning programs for the US and Latin America. We operate fully remote with a globally distributed team and a large, active student base across both regions.

We are seeking a data-driven Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead our Google Ads strategy across regions, manage high-budget campaigns, optimize funnels, and drive enrollments for our programs with rigorous measurement and experimentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in paid search with senior-level ownership.
• Global track record across NA, EMEA, LATAM/APAC.
• Managed $100K+ monthly budget or equivalent annual spend.
• Deep fluency in Google Ads UI, Editor, scripts, and bulk operations.
• GTM, server-side tagging, offline conversions, CRM integration experience.
• Fluent English, comfortable in distributed international teams.

Responsibilities

• Own full Google Ads P&Ls including Search, Performance Max, and Shopping.
• Lead bidding strategies and account structure for scale (tROAS/tCPA, portfolio strategies).
• Implement offline conversions and CRM feedback loops for smarter bidding.
• Conduct geo expansion with in-language keyword research and landing-page localization.
• Run measurement tests and attribution reviews to validate results.
• Drive creative and landing page velocity with CRO testing and RSA asset management.
• Monitor competitive strategy, brand defense, and pricing-pressure responses.
