Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or user acquisition, ideally within mobile gaming or consumer mobile applications.
• Proven hands-on experience planning, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and AppLovin.
• Demonstrated ability to manage substantial advertising budgets and scale acquisition campaigns while meeting CAC and profitability objectives.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and methodologies, including CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohort analysis, attribution models, and payback periods.
• Practical experience with mobile measurement and attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.
• Experience designing and executing creative testing strategies, interpreting results, and using performance insights to improve advertising effectiveness.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret campaign data and optimize budgets.

Aufgaben

• Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and other platforms.
• Manage and allocate significant advertising budgets based on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback periods.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, funnels, and user cohorts to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Design experiments across audience segments, bidding strategies, landing pages, and creatives to improve conversions.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to refine ad concepts and messaging using performance insights.
• Measure acquisition effectiveness via attribution platforms, cohort analysis, and incrementality testing.
• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across multiple markets and audiences.
• Scale campaigns while maintaining CAC and profitability within targets.
• Make data-driven decisions on optimization, budgeting, targeting, and channel performance.
• Take ownership of campaign execution and continuous improvement to deliver measurable results.
