Job summary

ACE OF PERFORMANCE | Group is a Lisbon-based performance marketing agency seeking a skilled PPC professional to manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will dive into analytics, reporting, and collaborate with clients to shape winning paid media strategies that drive results.

Ideally you bring 3–5 years of hands-on experience, an analytical mindset, and a passion for digital advertising.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or similar.
• 3–5 years hands-on Google Ads or Meta Ads experience.
• Analytical mindset with a drive to deliver results.
• Curiosity about digital marketing and AI tools.
• Fluent English; extra languages a plus.
• Excellent Excel skills are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Diving into Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and reports to uncover what's working.
• Collaborating with clients to map out winning paid media strategies and goals.
• Bringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to every project.
