Volkswagen Group Services currently seeks a Senior Contact Center Agent (Automotive Topics - German Speaker) for a fully remote project. Location: Palmela, PT, 2950-677. Working model: Full-time. Contract Type: Other. Remote Working: Up to 100%.

Responsibilities include handling automotive product inquiries, resolving complaints, and updating CRM records while ensuring premium customer support and training new staff when needed.

Qualificações

• Native-level German or minimum C1 proficiency
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Customer Care Specialist or in a similar CSR role
• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
• Fluent in English (is a plus)
• Familiarity with the automotive industry (advantage)
• Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
• Solid understanding of CRM systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsabilidades

• Answering customer inquiries about products and services
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Processing inquiries received via multichannel
• Identifying customer needs and helping customers using specific features
• Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
• Assisting in training new employees when requested by management
• Updating internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
• Informing customers about new features and functionalities
