Volkswagen Group Services is seeking a Senior Contact Center Agent (Automotive Topics - German Speaker) for a fully remote project. Location Palmela, PT, 2950-677, Full-time employment under an Other contract type. Remote work up to 100% is offered.

You will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and use CRM systems to update records and report issues. The role requires native German or C1, 4+ years in CSR, and strong communication skills. English is a plus.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Care or CSR role preferred.
• Native-level German or C1 proficiency mandatory.
• Fluent in English (a plus).
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is advantageous.
• Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
• Solid understanding of CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Answering customer inquiries about products and services including staff, website, company, vehicle-specific topics, electromobility, service topics, sales, redirects and contact details.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Processing inquiries via multichannel.
• Identifying customer needs and guiding customers using specific features.
• Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.
• Assisting in training new employees when requested by management; updating internal databases with information about technical issues and discussions with customers.
• Informing customers about new features and functionalities.
