The role focuses on handling customer inquiries across staff, website, vehicle topics, electromobility, and service areas, resolving complaints, and updating CRM systems.

Requirements include a high school diploma and native German or C1 proficiency. English fluency is a plus, with CRM and help desk tool experience, and an emphasis on effective communication.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years in Customer Care or similar CSR role preferred.
• Native-level German or C1 proficiency is mandatory.
• Fluent in English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Answering customer inquiries about products and services across topics.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Processing inquiries via multichannel.
• Identifying customer needs and guiding usage of features.
• Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.
• Assisting in training new employees when requested by management.
• Updating internal databases with technical issues and discussions.
• Informing customers about new features and functionalities.
