Job summary

Dellent is seeking a Senior Genesys Engineer/Developer to work on an enterprise project in Porto or Lisbon, hybrid work arrangements. You will design and implement Genesys On-Premise components, including routing, IVR, and reporting, and collaborate with cross‑border teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years with Genesys, experience with Composer, VoIP protocols (SIP/RTP), SQL reporting, and front‑end work with React.js. English fluent; French proficiency is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on Genesys On-Premise experience including framework, routing, and reporting.
• Proficient with Genesys Composer and IVR development.
• Solid knowledge of VoIP/telephony tech (SIP, RTP, SDP) and SBCs; reporting with SQL databases.
• Frontend experience with React.js and REST APIs.

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Senior Genesys Engineer / Developer to work in this project in Porto or Lisbon (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys On-Premise solutions (Framework, routing, reporting, routing engine - URS);
• Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Composer and IVR development;
• Deep understanding of VoIP and Telephony technologies: SIP protocol, RTP, SDP, and SBCs (AudioCodes, Oracle, etc.);
• Familiarity with SQL databases (MS SQL, Oracle) for reporting (Genesys Info Mart);

Software Development (Strong Asset):

• Experience with React.js (or Vue/Angular) for building modern, responsive user interfaces/agent dashboards;
• Familiarity with REST APIs and Web Services integration;

Languages:

• English: Fluent (written and spoken) - Daily working language;
• French: Strong professional proficiency is a very strong plus (to collaborate with French-speaking teams and vendors like Diabolocom);

Preferred Qualifications (Plus):

• Experience or strong interest in Diabolocom (or experience migrating from Genesys to Cloud/CCaaS solutions like Diabolocom);
• Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) or Genesys Certified Developer (GCD);
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
