Wire IT, based in Portugal, seeks a Senior Genesys Engineer / Developer for hybrid work in Porto or Lisbon. You will work on Genesys On-Premise projects, apply VoIP/telephony expertise, and connect systems via REST APIs. English fluency is required; French is a plus.

Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Genesys On-Premise including Framework, Routing/URS, Reporting and Composer/IVR.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP and telephony (SIP, RTP, SDP, SBCs).
• Experience with Genesys InfoMart (GIM) and SQL databases (MS SQL or Oracle).
• Experience with REST APIs and connecting telephony platforms with external systems.
• Experience with React.js or similar frontend frameworks is a strong plus.
• Interest or experience migrating Genesys On-Premise to Diabolocom/CCaaS. Strong troubleshooting and L3 support skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory; French is a strong plus.

Role: Senior Genesys Engineer / Developer

Location: Hybrid, Porto/Lisbon, Portugal

Required skills:

• 5+ years ofhands-on experiencewith Genesys On-Premise, including Framework, Routing/URS, Reporting, and GenesysComposer/IVR.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP andtelephony,particularly SIP, RTP, SDP, and SBCs.
