Job summary

adidas is seeking a Sr Specialist GBS Acct & Sales Ops (Polish Speaker) for maternity cover (~1 year) in Porto. You will support assigned customers, manage orders, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, and IT to optimize processes and resolve issues.

The role requires a strong customer service focus, advanced English and Polish, and experience with SAP/CRM and Business Objects. Join a collaborative team within Adidas' Accounts & Sales Operations function.

Qualifications

University degree in Commerce/Business Administration/Finance or similar.
5+ years’ experience in providing customer support in the field of customer service, sales or logistics.
Advanced English and Polish knowledge (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Independently providing Account operations support to all assigned customers in specific market.
Support communication with customers via e-mail, tickets, phone and provide order/article information and analyses.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT and other departments on orders, deliveries, credits, returns and master data changes.
Manage order book and monitor deliveries to ensure timely and complete delivery; prioritize orders as needed.
Track carrier and parcel deliveries, escalate delays, and assist with returns/complaints.
