Job summary

adidas Group in Porto seeks a Specialist GBS Credit & Collections (French Speaker) to cover a maternity leave. You will manage dunning, collections, credit checks, and dispute resolution while partnering with Sales and Finance to protect revenue.

Ideal candidates hold a university degree in accounting or business, have 2+ years in accounting/finance, and be fluent in English and French. SAP and Excel experience is a plus, and you’ll join a dynamic shared service team in Portugal.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar field.
• 2+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in SAP and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely collection of receivables by coordinating with customers and stakeholders.
• Accurately allocate payments and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Manage customer relationships and perform root-cause analysis.
• Assess credit risk and support credit policy compliance.
• Support dispute resolution and account maintenance with leadership.
• Maintain updated desktop procedures aligned with standards.
