Job summary

GRiT is seeking a Strategic Functional Consultant with senior expertise bridging business and technology. You will link business needs with ERP solutions, managing requirements, designs and cross-functional collaboration across product owners, architects and developers.

You will work on legacy ERP landscapes, champion process improvements, and support logistics and supply chain initiatives. Fluent English and strong stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in business analysis, functional consulting and solution design.
• Solid technical foundation in databases and legacy ERP landscapes.
• Domain experience in logistics, transport, supply chain or adjacent operations.
• Stakeholder management, clear communication and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Teamwork in multidisciplinary, distributed settings.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Link business and technology teams across a legacy ERP landscape, blending business analysis, solution design and technical insight.
• Collaborate daily with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts and developers on platforms such as WAM and AMCS.
• Requirements gathering and constructive challenge with stakeholders, converting needs into high-level and low-level functional designs.
• Help with solution definition and troubleshooting of functional and technical issues, aligning cross-functional viewpoints toward practical outcomes.
