GRiT Solutions, a Portugal-based SAP specialist, seeks an experienced SAP professional to drive large-scale SAP implementation programs. You will own the O2C functional stream, lead SAP teams, and collaborate with clients to shape design and requirements across the full project lifecycle.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in delivering SAP settlements and O2C processes within complex environments.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience delivering SAP implementation projects.
• Strong experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) with SAP SD.
• Solid experience leading SAP teams and projects.
• Proven ability to own the O2C functional stream during full lifecycle.
• Proficient in solution design, requirements analysis, and decision making.
• Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills.

Must-Have

• 6+ years of experience in SAP implementation projects
• Strong experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, with a focus on SAP SD
• Solid experience with SAP Settlement Management
• Experience leading SAP teams
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience owning the O2C functional stream throughout the full project lifecycle
• Proven ability to lead solution design, requirements analysis, and functional decision-making
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

Would Be Great If You Have

• Experience with SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM)
• Previous experience as a Team Lead in large-scale SAP implementation projects
