GRiT in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Strategic Functional Consultant to bridge business and technology in legacy ERP environments. You will collaborate with product owners, architects, and developers to shape functional designs and resolve complex issues in logistics and supply chain contexts.

You bring senior-level business analysis, strong ERP and databases background, and proven stakeholder management. Fluent English (C1+) and experience with WAM/AMCS are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in business analysis, functional consulting and solution design.
• Strong technical foundation in databases and legacy ERP landscapes.
• Domain experience in logistics, transport, supply chain or adjacent operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, clear communication and analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English, C1 level or higher.

Responsabilités

• Bridge business and tech teams across legacy ERP landscape.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts and developers on platforms such as WAM and AMCS.
• Gather requirements and challenge stakeholders; translate needs into high/low level designs.
• Assist with solution definition and troubleshooting of functional and technical issues.
• Align cross-functional viewpoints toward practical outcomes.

Job Description:

Link between business and technology teams across a legacy ERP landscape, blending business analysis, solution design and technical insight in support of logistics solutions. Daily collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts and developers on platforms such as WAM and AMCS. Requirements gathering and constructive challenge with stakeholders, conversion of business needs into high-level and low-level functional designs, help with solution definition and with troubleshooting of functional and technical issues, alignment of cross-functional viewpoints towards practical outcomes.

Must-Have:

• Senior-level experience in business analysis, functional consulting and solution design
• Sound technical foundation in databases and legacy ERP landscapes
• Domain experience in logistics, transport, supply chain or adjacent operations
• Stakeholder management, clear communication and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English, C1 level or above

Would be great if you have:

• Practical work with WAM, AMCS or similar enterprise platforms
• Involvement in ERP modernisation, system integration or transformation programmes
• Experience of Agile or hybrid delivery models
