Job summary

GRiT is seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Scrum Master to lead agile practice across cross-functional software teams. You will remove blockers, coach teams on Scrum and Kanban, and provide visibility into progress and health to stakeholders.

In this role you will contribute to Quarterly Planning, support hiring and onboarding of new team members, and help scale agile practices across the organization. Fluency in English is required, and a passion for continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or an equivalent practical background.
• 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master within software development teams.
• Strong practice with Scrum, Kanban and Pair Programming.
• Working knowledge of SAFe or another scaled agile framework.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and DevOps principles.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities
