Claranet is looking for a Senior Functional Consultant Dynamics 365 to join our team in Lisbon. You will lead complex functional designs, run workshops with stakeholders, and drive the CRM transformation across Sales and Customer Service modules.

The role emphasizes high-level documentation, UAT coordination, and mentoring junior consultants while delivering scalable Dynamics 365 solutions that align with business goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service).
• Ability to lead functional initiatives and engage with stakeholders independently.
• Passionate about designing innovative, transformative solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design of complex functional solutions to address business requirements and drive clients' digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth functional analysis and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Prepare high-level functional documentation (Functional Design Documents) aligned with Dynamics 365 best practices.
• Ensure advanced customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 solutions focusing on scalability and performance.
• Ensure effective coordination between functional and technical teams, guaranteeing correct implementation.
• Lead the definition and execution of functional and user acceptance tests (UAT).
• Create test plans, user manuals, and training materials for key users and operational teams.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in internal processes and functional methodologies.
• Mentor and support the development of junior functional consultants within the team.

  solutions.
• Lead the definition and execution of functional

• Mentor and support the development of junior

You must -have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
  Information Systems, or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles,
  with a strong track record in Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects;
• Deep knowledge of key Dynamics 365 Customer
  Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service);
• Ability to lead functional initiatives and
  engage with business stakeholders independently;
• Passionate about designing innovative solutions
  that drive business transformation.

What We Value:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
  (Journeys) is a plus;
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365
  Functional Consultant) are a plus.
