The role will focus on designing and delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions that meet client objectives, and leading implementation projects. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience and strong functional knowledge of CE modules.

Senior Dynamics 365 CE Consultant

- We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to join our growing Customer Engagement team to design and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions that support our clients’ business objectives. This role involves translating business requirements into scalable CRM solutions, leading implementation projects end to end, and acting as a trusted advisor to both business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Design end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE solutions aligned with business needs
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and custom developments
• Provide best‑practice guidance on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Support UAT, training sessions, and go‑live activities
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to project governance
• Ensure solution quality, documentation, and client satisfaction
• Contribute to pre‑sales initiatives and solution shaping

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Strong functional knowledge of at least two CE modules
• Proven experience in solution design and full project lifecycle delivery
• Solid understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in client‑facing environments
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Availability to travel when required (national and international projects)
