Decskill, part of the Astek Group, is seeking a Dynamics 365 Senior Functional Consultant for a hybrid role with teams in Lisbon, Porto, and Madrid. You will drive functional design and workshops to align with transformation goals, and lead testing and documentation to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM projects, strong knowledge of Customer Engagement (Sales and Customer Service), and fluent Portuguese and English.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales & Customer Service).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the functional design of Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business requirements and transformation goals.
• Conduct detailed functional analysis and workshops with stakeholders to validate requirements.
• Produce high-level Functional Design Documents following Dynamics 365 best practices.
• Lead configuration and customization with focus on scalability and performance.
• Ensure collaboration between functional and technical teams throughout implementation.
• Lead functional testing and UAT to ensure all business requirements are met.
• Prepare test plans, user guides, and training materials for key users.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement in processes and methodologies.
• Mentor and support junior consultants within the team.

We would like to meet a Dynamics 365 Senior Functional Consultant for a project with a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the functional design of complex Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business requirements and transformation goals.


• Conduct detailed functional analysis and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.


• Produce high-level Functional Design Documents following Dynamics 365 best practices.


• Lead advanced configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 solutions, with a strong focus on scalability and performance.


• Ensure effective collaboration between functional and technical teams throughout implementation.


• Lead functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring all business requirements are met.


• Prepare test plans, user guides, and training materials for key users and operational teams.


• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across internal processes and functional methodologies.


• Mentor and support junior functional consultants within the team.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.


• 4+ years of experience in similar roles, with a strong track record of Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects.


• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, particularly Sales and Customer Service.


• Ability to lead functional initiatives and work autonomously with different business areas.


• Fluent Portuguese and English — Portuguese is essential for this role.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys).


• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
