Fundraise Up in Portugal is seeking a senior engineering-operations leader to run the engineering leadership cadence and own the quarterly OKR/QBR cycle. You will maintain a live record of decisions, ensure timely follow-through, and surface ownerless work for resolution.

You will collaborate with Product, Data/Analytics, Exec Team, BizOps, Finance, Legal & IT, ensuring governance without direct technical authority. English and Russian language fluency is required.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English and Russian.

Responsabilidades

• Run the engineering leadership cadence: director-level syncs, agenda, decisions, follow-through.
• Own quarterly OKR and QBR cycle; drive teams to set and update objectives and track follow-ups.
• Maintain a live record of leadership decisions and commitments and close them on time.
• Identify stalled cross-team work and assign a named owner to bring it back on track.
• Turn complex inputs into concise, decision-ready material for CTO, exec team, and board.
• Standardize how engineering leadership plans, tracks, and communicates.
