Capital on Tap in Portugal is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to head one of our product engineering teams. This is a people-first leadership role focused on growth, wellbeing, and performance, while staying technically credible to shape direction and remove blockers.

You'll lead hiring, development, and retention, partner with Product and QA to plan and ship reliably, and establish a culture of accountability, psychological safety, and high standards as we scale in fintech from Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience with engineers; strong people management skills.
• Deep backend experience with .NET Core and system design.
• Product-minded with ability to align engineering with business outcomes.

• Lead and grow a team of engineers; remove blockers and raise quality.
