Partner Company, on behalf of a partner organization, seeks an Engineering Manager based in Portugal. This fully remote, globally distributed role combines technical judgment with people leadership to help engineers deliver meaningful user value and shape product outcomes.

You'll own roadmap execution, technical decisions, and the continuous improvement of engineering practices while collaborating with Product, Design, and customer-facing teams to balance features, tech debt, and quality.

Qualificações

• 2+ years engineering management experience.
• Fluent English communication, strong written skills.
• Ability to read code and technical designs and discuss them meaningfully.
• Strong product sense, translating requirements into engineering solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Directly manage and support a team of engineers to deliver features and improvements.
• Plan and execute the product roadmap with cross-functional partners.
• Coach engineers and support career development in a low-structure environment.
• Remove blockers and improve team processes and delivery speed.
• Hire, onboard, and develop top contributors while building a collaborative culture.
