Fundraise Up in Portugal offers a senior leadership role in engineering operations. You will build and run the operating system of the engineering org: leadership cadence, OKR and QBR cycles, decisions and follow-ups, and the executive synthesis that reaches the CTO, the executive team, and board.

This role emphasizes influence over authority, fluent English and Russian communications, and cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Data, and BizOps across Europe and the US.

Qualificações

• Engineering-operations leadership with a track record at org scale.
• Ability to drive cross‑functional delivery through influence without direct authority.
• Experience turning raw information into brief, decisive executive material.
• Strong operating discipline with durable follow‑up loops.
• Comfort working with engineers, EMs and directors; follow technical discussions without owning architecture.
• Fluent English and Russian for internal/external communications.

Responsabilidades

• Run the engineering leadership cadence end to end, including agenda, decisions, and follow-up.
• Own the quarterly OKR and QBR cycle, drive objectives and review progress.
• Maintain a live record of leadership decisions and chase closure by due dates.
• Identify stalled cross‑team work and assign named owners to bring back on track.
• Lead special projects from chartering to hand-off, coordinating vendors and org changes.
• Produce concise decision-ready material for CTO, execs, and the board.
• Facilitate delegated decisions to closure without circumventing the CTO.
• Standardize planning, tracking, and communication across engineering leadership.
• Coordinate cross‑cutting initiatives with BizOps, Finance, Legal & IT.
