SysMatch is seeking an Engineering Manager (Remote - 1x Month - Lisbon) to lead and coach engineering teams, align delivery with a technology roadmap, and drive high-quality software delivery across projects for the finance sector. The role involves coaching, staffing decisions, and performance management, with close collaboration to Product Owners and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in engineering, proven leadership, and strong English communication, plus willingness to travel

Qualificações

• 5+ years in an engineering role and a track record of leading teams.
• Ability to translate business priorities into sustainable team plans.
• Excellent English, written and spoken, with strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery execution and align with the technology roadmap.
• Drive high-quality software delivery and operational excellence.
• Act as line manager for engineers including coaching and performance management.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Shape and implement technology strategy and engineering culture.
