Job summary

VML in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Business Analyst with commerce experience to join the Delivery team on a permanent basis. The role focuses on documenting client needs, ensuring proposed solutions meet business requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

You will gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into clear user stories for the scrum team, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout

Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce/experience projects.
Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers.
Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
Experience working on Content/Experience projects.
Experience with Agile software delivery.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented team player with customer focus.

Responsibilities

Gather and document requirements and translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Identify and recommend options for solutions.
Create logical, innovative solutions to problems.
Present proposals to clients.
Work with a scrum/delivery team through go-live.
Analyse business systems for efficiencies.
Provide estimates for analysis work with PMs.
Collaborate with developers, testers and end users to ensure quality.
