A Claranet procura um Senior Digital Workplace Engineer para integrar a equipa, com experiência em gestão de dispositivos e administração de Microsoft 365. O papel envolve otimizar ambientes Windows/Android, aplicar políticas de segurança e automação, e suportar operações com foco em melhoria contínua.

O regime híbrido é oferecido, com atuação centrada em Maia/Porto, com oportunidade de desenvolver soluções de automação e IA para remediação de incidentes complexos e documentation.

Qualificações

• Experiência sólida como Engenheiro de Digital Workplace/ Modern Workplace/ End User Computing.
• Conhecimento aprofundado em Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Autopilot, Entra ID e Active Directory (ambientes híbridos).
• Conhecimento de PowerShell para automação, gestão de identidades e políticas.

Responsabilidades

• Gerir e melhorar o ciclo de vida de dispositivos Windows e Android, assegurando estabilidade, desempenho e conformidade.
• Implementar, configurar e otimizar Microsoft Intune e soluções MDM, incluindo baselines de segurança e políticas de conformidade.
• Impulsionar a remediação automatizada de vulnerabilidades com foco em soluções permanentes.
• Desenvolver automação e soluções de self-healing usando PowerShell e abordagens baseadas em IA.
• Gerir dispositivos móveis e especializados assegurando proteção de dados e controle de aplicações.
• Administrar e otimizar Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams).
• Monitorizar proativamente o desempenho do Digital Workplace, disponibilidade e qualidade do serviço.
• Criar e manter documentação técnica clara, reutilizável e atualizada.

Right now, we are looking for a Senior Digital Workplace
Engineer for a client on our Talent
Team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage and continuously improve the
  modern device lifecycle for Windows and Android environments, ensuring
  stability, performance, compliance, and scalability.
• Implement, configure, and optimize
  Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions, including security baselines, configuration
  profiles, compliance policies, and update management.
• Drive automated vulnerability
  remediation with a focus on permanent fixes, recurrence reduction, and
  operational improvement.
• Develop automation and self -healing
  solutions using PowerShell scripting and AI -driven approaches.
• Manage and secure mobile and
  specialized devices (PDAs, tablets, operational devices), ensuring data
  protection and application control.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft
  365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and
  Microsoft Teams.
• Proactively monitor Digital
  Workplace performance, availability, and service quality, resolving complex
  technical incidents and problems.
• Create and maintain clear, reusable,
  and up -to -date technical documentation.

You must have:

• Solid experience as a Digital Workplace / Modern
  Workplace / End User Computing Engineer.

Strong expertise in:

• Microsoft
  365
• Microsoft
  Intune
• Windows
  Autopilot
• Entra
  ID
• Active
  Directory (hybrid environments)

Good knowledge
of:

• PowerShell scripting (automation,
  Conditional Access, identity management)
• DNS
  and SMTP
• MDM tools and mobile device management
• Proven ability to automate operations, implement
  remediation solutions, and reduce manual intervention.
• Knowledge of Networking and Linux systems is valued.
