ADENTIS Portugal is seeking an IT Workplace/End-User Computing specialist to support and optimize end-user environments in a hybrid setup. You will manage Windows 10/11, deploy devices with MDT, and oversee mobile devices across Android and iOS in enterprise contexts.

You will also administer Microsoft 365 services, Intune, JAMF for MacOS, and collaborate with teams to maintain secure, standardized workplace solutions while aligning with internal security policies.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of experience in Workplace / End-User Computing environments.
• Strong experience with Windows 10/11 administration and deployment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Office).
• Hands-on experience with Intune (endpoint/device management).
• Experience managing mobile devices (Android and iOS).
• Knowledge of MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit).
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
• Availability to go to the office, once or twice per week.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support workplace environments, ensuring the stability and performance of end-user devices and systems
• Administer and maintain Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11), including deployment, configuration and troubleshooting
• Perform device deployment using MDT and other provisioning tools
• Manage and support mobile devices (Android and iOS) in enterprise environments
• Administer cloud-based device management solutions, including Microsoft Intune and M365
• Provide support and administration for Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Office)
• Manage and support MacOS environments, including device management with JAMF
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues related to workplace infrastructure
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure secure, efficient and standardized workplace solutions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards and best practices
