ALTEN Delivery Centre Spain is seeking a Senior Users Environment engineer to join an international team. You will provide 3rd line support for end-user environments, manage MECM/SCCM and Intune, and handle Citrix environments across Windows 10/11 workplaces.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in end-user/workplace infrastructure environments.
• Strong 3rd line technical support experience.
• Excellent Windows 10/11 knowledge.
• Hands-on MECM/SCCM and Intune experience.
• Application packaging/mastering experience.
• AD and GPO administration proficiency.
• Experience with iOS/Android device management.
• Citrix Virtual Apps/StoreFront experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% Level 3 (L3) support for the end-user environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents related to workstations, applications and user environments.
• Perform application packaging and mastering activities.
• Manage and support mobile devices, including:
• iPhone and iPad enrollment.
• Device management through Microsoft Intune and/or MECM (SCCM).
• Support for iOS and Android environments.
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory.
• Manage and maintain Group Policies (GPOs).
• Support and administer the Microsoft workplace infrastructure.
• Participate in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the end-user environment.
• Draft and maintain technical and operational documentation.
• Support Citrix Virtual Apps and StoreFront environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in end-user/workplace infrastructure environments.
• Strong experience providing Level 3 technical support.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Strong hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with application packaging and workstation mastering.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO) administration.
• Experience managing iOS and Android mobile devices.
• Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and StoreFront environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-resolution capabilities.
• Ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation.
